Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates Free standard shipping is available on cereal and Quinoa Crunch orders of $27 or more within the contiguous United States. Select the Free Shipping option at checkout when your order qualifies. For orders below $27, other destinations, or optional paid shipping methods, available rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected method.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. QuinoaQuill is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
